Appropriate Training is working with the sector skills councils and the Welsh Assembly Government in Wales to develop a competency framework for the Energy Sector which will link with several sector specific training needs analysis documents, (and an online version) which will support companies to analyse and benchmark their current and future skills needs.
The TNA’s will also be of use to those organisations supporting companies to analyse their skills needs and will also be a valuable source of information of the skills needs in the sector for funders and sector skills councils.
