Chester University is the Higher Education Pathfinder for the Housing sector. As such they are developing numerous Housing Sector Programmes. Learning to Inspire, are working with the University to develop the Learning and Leadership Programmes as part of this initiative.
Learning to Inspire are working with numerous Housing Associations across England and Wales to develop relevant Leadership and Management Programmes, tailored to the needs of the sector, and where required to individual organisations.
We now have access to funding to design implement pilot Leadership and Learning programmes leading to, if desired HE University professional Certificates.
The modules included in the Art of Leadership programmes include Leadership and Community Development, and Leadership and Learning.
