From M6 South
On leaving the M6 at junction 31, south Preston, join the A59, the Tickled Trout Hotel is on your right.
Continue up the hill to the roundabout. Turn right onto Blackpool Road.
Continue on Blackpool Road for approx. 2 miles. You will pass the Fire Station on your left at the first set of lights and also Deepdale football ground further along at the second set of lights, set back on the left.
After the football ground you will see Moor Park on your left. Continue on Blackpool Road until the traffic lights and the next major cross roads. Turn right onto Garstang Road.
Continue to the next lights and Withy Trees House is situated straight ahead through these lights on the left hand side of the road, behind the Royal Bank of Scotland.
From M6 North
On leaving the M6 at junction 32, Preston North, exit onto M55 junction 1. At the roundabout take the first left onto the A6 (Garstang Road).
Continue forward on Garstang Road, Withy Trees House is located just before the third set of main lights on the right hand side.
From M61 Manchester
When on the M61 follow signs to M6 North Lancaster, the Lakes
Once the M61 has joined the M6 North, follow the directions above
From Preston Train Station
Outside the railway station's main entrance there are always black cabs available, this is the best and quickest way to get to Withy Trees House.
