Funding Finders, Partnership Team and Preston College have recently been awarded European Social Fund (ESF) projects.

These provide funding to enable us to offer some of our services free of charge.  In addition, income can also be provided to your organisation for both staff and beneficiary participation in our projects!

There is income for every trained staff member and beneficiary who successfully achieves in your accredited level 2, AQA or “Learn to Teach” programme, and contributes towards the project outcomes.

What is available?

Our funded projects can provide you with free training in the following programmes:

• A level 2 Certificate in Adult Learner Support (Literacy, Numeracy, ESOL), OCNW Specification.
  
• “Learn to Teach”. Some of you will have already been through this programme. Now it has been extended to include aspects of Basic Skills. The course carries with it AQA accreditation.
  
• AQA tutor support and Unit Writing. This course will provide you with the opportunity to accredit informal learning of your beneficiaries, and embed the RARPA approach into your organisation.

What will I need to do?

• Contact us to register for the projects
  
• You or other members of your staff will need to attend one or more of the programmes outlined above. These can be delivered at your premises or at a convenient local centre.
  
• You will need to identify beneficiaries appropriate for an AQA accredited programme
