- Citizens Advice has published figures showing that debt inquiries have doubled over the last ten years and now account for one in three of all inquiries. - An initiative to channel funds from dormant Charitable Trust funds into endowment pots managed by local community foundations has been launched. The scheme will use the money for local voluntary and community organisations. A spokesperson said that the cash will be put to various uses, but where possible would be used as intended by the benefactor. For more details see www.boostinitiative.org.uk
