Affordable Housing and Infrastructure
Project Bricks has been developed to address the ever critical issues of housing throughout the UK. 

Project Bricks offers substantial Capital Investment for the building of Social and Affordable homes.  Local Council Authorities throughout the UK now have the opportunity to build much needed housing where no or insufficient funding exists.  Project Bricks offers Councils the opportunity to secure substantial infrastructure investment and deliver housing projects of up to 1000 homes in 2009 and in addition, secure investment for complementary regeneration projects. 

It is intended to establish six pilot sites for Project Bricks selected from a shortlist of Councils.  To do this we have prepared a formal Request For Proposal (RFP) response document which we will ask each Council to complete and return to us within fourteen days of issue. 

Upon completion and return of the RFP, six Councils will be selected as the Project Bricks pilot sites following which the Project Bricks implementation team will meet with Council representatives to commence the project. 

It is anticipated that from selection of Pilot Site, new homes can be delivered in the Council area before end of November 2009.

Rescue Package Funding- For Development Projects That Have Faltered Due to Lack of Finance.
We have a number of investors who are willing to provide private sector investment for projects where the developer/investor has had to withdraw. These projects can range from large multi purpose developments or smaller single developments ie Hotel/medical centre/student accommodation etc.

Infrastrucutre Development Funding 
Our investors are willing to assess any infrastructure development project that requires private sector investment, whether on land owned by the public sector or on land needing to be purchased as part of the scheme. Please complete the relevant sections of the RFP  even if you have missed the current deadline, as further rounds are being developed, and will be announced shortly.
